WellAgeMax offers wellness resort packages and recovery programs tailored for seniors. Services include accommodation, guided therapy sessions, fitness classes, personalized meal plans, and specialized recovery activities.

We provide digital guides, e-books, and online courses that support healthy aging, wellness routines, and recovery best practices. Access to information products is granted immediately upon purchase.

5. Goods

Our catalog includes physical wellness items, recovery aids, and supportive products for seniors. All goods are shipped from Singapore to domestic and international destinations.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Services

Customers may request a refund of the paid amount for service packages if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start date. To initiate a request, submit your details via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original method of payment.

If cancellation occurs 15 to 29 days before the start date, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the paid amount applies, and the remainder will be credited. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable due to advanced reservations, staff arrangements, and program commitments.

6.2 Information Products

Digital content may be returned within 7 days of purchase if not accessed. To request a refund, provide purchase details via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original method of payment. After 7 days or once access has been granted, purchases are final and non-refundable.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form to receive an RMA number. Approved returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless items arrive damaged or defective.

7. Rescheduling Policy

Service bookings may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 14 days before the original start date. Rescheduling requests submitted after that period are subject to availability and incur a fee equal to 10% of the paid amount. All requests must be made via our contact form.

8. Service Availability

WellAgeMax reserves the right to modify schedules and program details. In the event we must cancel a service, customers may choose between a full refund or rescheduling within six months of the original start date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellAgeMax and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, information products, or goods.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms

WellAgeMax may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our offerings after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
